Acting Principal at New History. I provide project leadership and client management while helping to build a high performing team of experts for building reuse. Projects include planning for the renovation of the Crystal Court at the IDS Center in Downtown Minneapolis, MN; reuse of the historic Section Foreman House in Wayzata, MN; a Historic Preservation chapter for the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Albert Lea, MN; and reuse of the historic Brill Building in Downtown Minneapolis, MN. (2019–present).
