THE COMMONS

Owner’s Representative to the City of Minneapolis for the design and construction of a two-block, $18M urban plaza in the heart of the rapidly developing Downtown East neighborhood and adjacent to the new Vikings Stadium and Ryan Companies/Wells Fargo office tower developments. The $11M first phase of the Commons was completed and open to the public in August 2016 (2014-2016)
